About the experts

Dan Bunce is BC’s Cal-Desert senior vice president. Dan has more than 24 years of experience expertly leading projects in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, operations and maintenance (O&M), and management improvement practices.

Lisa Skutecki is a BC managing engineer with more than 20 years of experience. Lisa specializes in managing surface and groundwater quality; water resources, including green infrastructure and stormwater capture; and environmental compliance projects. In recent years, her professional focus encompasses stormwater pollution control, watershed management, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting for a variety of municipal and private clients.
