While utilities across the country face a myriad of ongoing workforce challenges, the ongoing pandemic has created a host of new workforce related challenges. At the same time, there is a great opportunity to learn from the many ways utilities are meeting these challenges. Creating a sustainable and resilient water workforce is a major priority for AWWA, WEF, EPA and a host of other national water organizations. Learn from these partners how utilities are responding to workforce challenges during this pandemic.
