This paper discusses a document management system developed for the City of Medford, Oregon, Water Quality Control Plant. The computerized system links as-built plant drawings, database records, and text documents together in a Windows® environment. The system is menu-driven and includes features which allow users who are inexperienced with AutoCAD® and ArcCAD® easy access to information in the system.
