The LOTT (Cities of Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater, and Thurston County) Wastewater Alliance (LOTT) is a regional wastewater utility located in southwest Washington serving one of the fastest growing regions of Puget Sound. LOTT has begun to implement the Wastewater Resource Management Plan (Plan) designed to reduce dependency on effluent disposal and shift to water recycling through groundwater recharge and reclamation.
