This paper provides information on inspection, evaluation, and rehabilitation of underground piping systems for water, gas and sanitary and stormwater sewerage. The paper draws upon the contents of the Utility Infrastructure Rehabilitation Manual recently prepared for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by Brown and Caldwell Consulting Engineers.
