The City of Seattle Sewer Utility presently plans rehabilitation projects in its 6-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). In order to assure adequate funding with fairly stable sewer rates, the City would like to be able to predict rehabilitation needs 20 years ahead. Brown and Caldwell is conducting a study to predict rehabilitation and funding needs of the sewerage system for the City.
