Brown and Caldwell negotiated with the local agency for a clean-up value that saved an estimated $400,000 on soil remediation. The team helped with negotiation that supported cost savings to the client of an additional $1 million during the first phase of remediation, and an estimated $3 million for subsequent remediation phases.
