North and South Complex Water Quality Improvements

Pre-award collaboration set a strong foundation for one of Denver Water’s first design-build projects. To overcome critical project challenges and pave the way for a successful procurement and delivery experience, Denver Water organized confidential, proprietary meetings ahead of the project award. This enabled Denver Water and their prospective design-builders to tune the project in a way that equitably balanced risks between the parties most able to manage them.
